His performances in productions like The Sum of Us and Cracked, as well as numerous operas including Macbeth, Tristan & Isolde, Madam Butterfly, and Aida to name only a few, showcase his immense diversity.

As part of the 2013 Perth Fringe Festival, Bruce embodied the character of a slightly deranged, homeless drunk, performing a monologue for 600 Seconds at the Blue Room. It won a call back from the Audience and was Critics’ Choice for another performance on the Best of the Best night.

Not limited to just stage performances, Bruce has carved his way into the world of film and television with several credits in high-end productions including Paper Planes, Gallipoli, Bran Nue Dae, and Cloud Street. His versatility as an actor shines through in each project he takes on.
